Fatherhood is an integral part of our lives that we all share. It can be challenging, but it's just a matter of being yourself. Always remember that your children are watching your every move, so be mindful of what you want them to see and learn from you.

Has your son seen you cry?

How often do you tell him you love him?

Did your father ever tell you he loved you?

Is it important to you to demonstrate your resilience?

Have you armed your son with the tools to enable him to believe he is enough?

Life is not perfect. Do you share some of the aspects of your life where you have failed?

Is your son aware that failing at something does make him a failure? Scientists fail all the time when they are designing a new drug that eventually becomes a success. Is your son aware failing at something is evidence that you tried to achieve something?
